Texas Homes Sold Group, eXp Realty LLC, and our technology providers, including IDX Broker and GoHighLevel, fully support the principles of the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968), as amended. The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and disability.

Texas Homes Sold Group also operates in accordance with the Texas Fair Housing Act and all applicable local fair housing ordinances in the communities we serve across the Greater Houston and Greater Austin markets.
