Melissa Hudson
Melissa is the founder and team leader of the Texas Homes Sold Group.
She is a seasoned and professional realtor with over 10 years of experience and is a 4x ICON Agent with eXp Realty. She is a native of Austin, Texas, and has been serving the Manor area for six years. She has been awarded Manor’s most-selling individual agent in 2021 and specializes in Manor and the Eastern portion of Travis County. Her passion for helping families find their dream homes and financial freedom through real estate is what drives her.
Marc Hudson
Marc is a dedicated and professional realtor with a strong focus on building positive relationships with his clients. He is thorough in his work and is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of his clients. Originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, he has made Texas his home since 2012.
As a husband and proud pet parent to two cattle dogs and a Bengal cat, Marc understands the importance of family and building a sense of home. He is committed to serving the veteran and military communities and takes great pride in assisting this special group of clients.

Our Story
At J&M Realty Group, we believe that buying or selling a home should be a positive and exciting experience. That’s why we’ve built a team of experienced and dedicated agents who are committed to providing exceptional service to each and every client. Our journey began when our founders, Jacob and Miguel, noticed a gap in the Houston real estate market. They saw that many real estate agents were only interested in making quick sales, rather than building lasting relationships with clients. So they decided to create a new kind of real estate group, one that puts clients first and focuses on providing personalized real estate service.

Where do I begin?? I first met Melissa and then hired her as my selling agent in 2018, I did not know that 2 years and 4 months later I would have closed with a friend. This transaction was not easy for me emotionally and it took a real toll on my stress level but every step of the way when I wanted to give up Melissa was there as my agent and as a genuinely compassionate person who wanted to help my family. After our first meeting, I knew Melissa was the realtor for us! She was professional yet relatable.
